He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Farris and Charles Farris of Sarnia; his children, David (Sheila Linseman) and Pamela (Byron Mitchener); and his siblings, Anna Rodey, Janet Trumble, Margaret Cairns and James Farris.
He is survived by: his wife Heather (Jones); his child Glenn (Joanne Turner); his grandchildren, Zachary, Bryanna Farris, Kayla, Brendan Farris and Ryan Chan; and his brother-in-law Barry Jones. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
