He was predeceased by: his grandfather Cleveland Sandy (Doe); and his great-grandparents, Joseph, Hazel Hill, Seymour, Patricia Thomas, Mitchell, Geraldine Sandy and Wilma Johnson.
He is survived by: his close friend Alex-Lynn; his children, Mary Grace and Lexi; his parents, Sheila (Rob) and Josh (Lisa); his siblings, Jacob and Jayden; and his grandparents, Jeff, Velma Thomas and Mary. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and friends.
