We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2022, at the age of 62, Susan Elizabeth Hach of Simcoe, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Spencer and Pauline Spencer. She is survived by: her husband Michael Hach; her son Dave Hach (Lindsay); her grandchildren, Evelyn and Gordon; and her siblings, Sharon Raske (late Gerhard) and Brian Spencer (Kathleen).
Memorial donations to London Health Sciences Foundation in support of Multi Organ Transplant Unit would be appreciated.
