She was predeceased by: her husband George Brown; and her siblings, Bill Barker and Aileen Meyer. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Aitken (late Ed), Douglas Brown (Julie) and Susan Brown (Wally Hofland); her grandchildren, Carla Aitken, Judy Kehoe (Victor), Caroline, Austin Brown and Nicholas Hofland; her great grandchildren, Marin and Danny Toneatti; her sister Pat Lennard (Graham); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Barker.

Memorial donations to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind would be appreciated.
