He was predeceased by: his siblings, Judy Wilhelm and Bill Dow. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Slezsak of Waterford; his sons, Rob Dow (Sarah) of Delhi and David Dow (Jessica) of Paris; his grandchildren, Marin, Jarret and Bobbi Dow (Spencer Kapp) of Waterford; his children, Emerald and Finn; and his siblings, Susan Blenkinsop (Clarence) of St. Catharines, Joanne Dow of London and Scott Dow (Carol) of Brantford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & extended family.
