He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Witham and Donna Witham. He is survived by: his wife Cheri; his children, Amanda, Jared and Ashley; and his grandchildren, Bobby, Alyssa, Richard, Samantha, Breann, Felicity, Seaira and Chloe.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions a family service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery.
