He is survived by: his wife Joan Dora; his children, Arthur Marontate of Simcoe and Linda Marontate of Tillsonburg; his grandchildren, Joshua, Allan Howey and Angelina Stanley; his sister Dorothy Dieleman; and his sister-in-law Rhona Windsor. He is also survived by Nieces and nephews.
