She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Gary Kemp of Simcoe and Ronald North of Burlington. She is survived by: her husband Hadley Jackson of Port Dover; her children, Bradley Kemp (Flora) of Burnaby, B. C. and Janet Ralph (Noland) of Cambridge; her siblings, Donald Hagey of Brantford, Henry Hagey (Donna) of Simcoe and Janet Hagey (Bill Aikmen) of Ottawa; and her grandchildren, Liam, Brayden Ralph of Cambridge, Isaac and Justin Kemp of Burnaby.

All that knew Pat and want to show support for her family can send memorial donations in her name to Stedman Community Hospice.
