He is survived by: his wife Josephine; his children, Matthew (Rhonda), Tom (Helen), Karen (John), Jo-Anne (Kevin), Sheryn (David) and Michael (Darcy); his grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda, Steven, Denver, Kyle, Emma, Sophie, Amber, Daniel and Nathan; and his great grandchildren, Declan, Elaura, Rainna and William. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
