She was predeceased by: her son Stefan Byczyk (Victoria). She is survived by: her children, Janina Juric, Krystyna Bednarski, Emilia Byczyk (Eric Clarke) of Simcoe and Ryszard Byczyk (Donna) of Simcoe; her grandchildren, Adrian Juric and Dr. Tanja Juric (Scott Strong); her children, Duncan, Ruby, Kaz Bednarski (Patti), Kara Osborne (Shawn), Zenon Bednarski (Jess), Xavier, Josef Bednarski (Caitlan) and Tony Clarke (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Jordan, Haley, Kayla and Shawna Byczyk (Colin); her children, Jaxon, Noah and Samuel Lapointe; her former husband Jan; and her husband Josef Byczyk.
Due to covid restrictions, a private family visitation & funeral service will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3 with Rev. Fr. Robert Weaver as celebrant.
Those wishing to donate in memory of Maria are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society of H-N. Please mail all donations to the funeral home.
