He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Mansley of Simcoe; his parents, Ernest Mansley Sr. and Doris Peters; and his siblings, Barbara, Ernie, Sharon and Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Mansley (Beth) and Lisa Ritchie-Carpenter (Keith); his grandchildren, Meagan Mansley, Taylor Mansley, Allie Ritchie, Julia Spurgeon (Matthew) and Mitchell Mansley; and his siblings, Sandra Hotz (Carl), Ronald (Jenny), Patricia St. Claire, Betty Collins (Tom), Carol Mansley (Diane), Steven (Cindy), Cavin (Dawn), Terry (Linda) and Kelly Broughton (Randy Mauthe). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
