With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Josephine Smith (Simcoe, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Paul Broughton (Kelly) of Simcoe; her parents, George Smith and Eva Reid; and her siblings, Hazel Norris, Jean Wilson, George Smith, Ron Wilson, Kendal and Leonard Milmine.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Broughton (Cheryl) of Simcoe and Debbie Haskett (David) of Simcoe; her grandson Danny; her great grandchildren, Colby, Atyanna, Skylynn and Nicole (Travis); her children, Faith, Mylie, Gracie, Joelisa, Richard, Mia, William, David (Carrie), Dylin, Kyle, Colton and Krystal; her grandchildren, Sabastian, Alex and Zachary; and her sister Eva Dreisinger (Don) of Pike Bay. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jason Smith Funeral Chapel (689 Norfolk St N, Simcoe, ON N3Y3R3). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
