It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Lee Cowan of Simcoe, Ontario, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Justin and Sarah Cowan; his grandson Eli; his parents, Roy Cowan and Cynthia Cowan; and his siblings, Allan, Wayne, Scott Cowan and Susie Armstrong (Steven).
