She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Brown; her son Donald Brown; her parents, Isaac Hewitt and Annie Hewitt; and her siblings, Doreen Bell (late Brian), Ike Hewitt (late Kay) and Lanny Hewitt.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Morden (Robert) of Grimshaw, AB, Doulgas Brown (Lynn) of London, David Brown (Nancy) of Brantford, Bruce Brown (Barbara) of Simcoe and Sharon Barnucz (Michael) of Comox, BC.; and her grandchildren, Roger (Kathy), Randy, Laurie (Chris), Lisa (Dan), Derek, Shari (Ken), Andrea (Nate), Heather (Mike), Michael (Elise) and Jayson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & extended family.
