We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2021, James Guthrie of Simcoe, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Guthrie and Isabel Guthrie; and his siblings, Alma Tostik, Patricia Goode, Carson and Aubrey Guthrie.

He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Guthrie of Simcoe and Wayne Guthrie (Alice) of Hagersville; his sister-in-law Jean Guthrie of Simcoe; and also, Bill Petker (Doreen) of Simcoe and Donna Cullimore (Dave) of Simcoe.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Jim with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk Street North, Simcoe N3Y 3R3 for visitation on Friday, August 13th, 2021 from 10:00 – 11:00 a. m. (face masks & social distancing required).

Those wishing to donate in memory of Jim are asked to consider the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation.
