With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hendrika Vlasak (Simcoe, Ontario), who passed away on December 16, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William John Vlasak. She is survived by: her children, Hendrika Terry Lubrick (George) and William R. Vlasak (Cathy); her siblings, Ludwina DeBruijn and Nellie Hoekzema of Holland; and her siblings-in-law, Karl Vlasak (Ida) of Austria and Anna Brenner of Austria. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Those wishing to make a donation in Henny's memory are asked to consider The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.
