He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sophia DeVriendt of Simcoe; his daughters, Yvonne DeVriendt and Dianne DeVriendt (Danny Shortt) of Tillsonburg; his granddaughter Simone DeVriendt (Terry Kilgannon); and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Lyla.
Due to covid restrictions, a private interment will be held at a later date.
