It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fran Voigt (Simcoe, Ontario), born in Walsingham, Ontario, who passed away on May 12, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kathleen Edwards and Louis Edwards; her son Brian Voigt (Jo-Ann); her grandson Mathias (Lacey); her sisters-in-law, Myrtle Smith (late Doug), Evelyn Gundry (Doug), Kay Jarvis and Helen Starling (late Bob); and also, Claire and Michael Voigt.
Due to covid restrictions, a private family visitation will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe, ON N3Y 3R3.
Those wishing to donate in memory of Fran are asked to consider the Alzheimer's Society of Oxford. Donations may be mailed directly to the funeral home.
