He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick and Anne; and his former wife Joanne. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his stepchildren, Michael Novinka of Simcoe, Kristi, Scott Evans of Cayuga and Jason Lindsay of Simcoe; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob, Autumn, Savannah, Aiden, Hunter and Priscilla; and his siblings, Ken (Yvonne Novinka), Cathy Novinka of Port Dover, Sandra (Bill VanGaal) and Linda Novinka (Claire Steeves). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
