It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Waugh (Simcoe, Ontario), who passed away on September 7, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Schram and Elsie Schram; and her grandson Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Bill Waugh (Cynthia), Jo Ann Sequin (Rick) and Carole Bissonnette (Jean-Marc); her grandchildren, Ricky, Rob, Jenna, Chris, Renee, Selena and Jade; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Britney, Ryah, Cashius, Miranda and Lincoln; and her brother-in-law Robert Campbell.
