He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Smith; and his siblings, Donna Walker, Lorraine VanDyk, Donald, Leland and Willis Smith.
He is survived by: his son Derek Smith (Marnie) of Green's Corners; his stepson Brad Forbeck; and his grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Tina Forbeck-Grasby (Bruce) and Chad Forbeck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & extended family.
