He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug and Lillian. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra; his brothers, Barry (Laurie) and Bruce (Janette); his nieces and nephews, David (Kayla), Ashley (Josh), Coby (Henry) and Canaan (Shelby); his great-nephews, Theo and Ozzy; his children, Hope, River, Leo, Pappa B and Deion; and his pets, Scarlett, Missy and Maddie.
