He was predeceased by: his spouse Norbina Medeiros; and his sister Dina (Joe Rouqe). He is survived by: his children, Dena Medeiros (Ken Orr) of Simcoe, Christine (Ed Verboom) of Simcoe, Frank of Vittoria and Paul (Vicki) of Port Rowan; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Tony, Jeff, Holly and Kayla; and his great grandchildren, Nash, Leo, Jax and Kaid.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
