We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2020, at the age of 72, Sandy Vanderkolk (Shelburne, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerrit and Huberta. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Thomas, Andrew, Bradley, Shawna and Jared; and his siblings, Deborah, Patricia, Linda and Latter Day Saints.

To honour the exceptional care Sandy received at Matthews House, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Matthews House Hospice. **Face masks or face coverings are mandatory in the funeral home during all events.**.
