He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Mike Collins (Priscilla) and Karen Van of Yssel; his grandchildren, Jacob (Katie), Samantha, Trinda and Danika; his sister Alice (late Don Snider); and his nephews, David (Wendy), Phil (Lori), Scott (April) and Paul (Nanci).
