He is survived by: his spouse Neeltje (Hoogendoorn); his sons, Kevin (Kimberly) and Bruce (Alisha); his grandchildren, Scott, Alyssa and Zach; his brother Carl (Gail); and his sister-in-law Olive Montgomery.
