He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy Crocker; and his parents, Don Rayfield and Shirley Rayfield. He is survived by: his children, Mitch (Amy) and Nick (Rosie); his grandchildren, Riley and Lexi; and his siblings, Joe (Audrey) and Cathy (Rick).
