He is survived by: his wife Joan Lever; his children, Wendy (Marc), Sandra (Roger), Johnny, James (Carlee), Michael (Isabella) and Sarah (Nickolaus); his grandchildren, Matthew, Alex, Daniel, Elena, Eddy, Henry, Benjamin, Jane and Charlotte; his daughters, Lisa, Deborah, Gwendolyn and Catharine; and the mother of his children Betty Davis.
