He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Marie Owens (John) and Robert Foster (Heather); his grandchildren, Daniel Owens, Lauren Owens (Matt) and Sarah Stephenson (Brendan); and his brother Paul Foster. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
