He was predeceased by: his brother James Pettibone. He is survived by: his parents, Sharie Morby and Dennis Pettibone (Patricia); his grandparents, Wayne, Linda Morby, Willis and Gloria Pettibone; his siblings, Christopher Pettibone (Jenna), Anthony Morby (Amanda), Justin Hewitt (Keetje) and Randi Lee Levesque (Steven); and his nieces and nephews, Hudson, Austin, Anneke Hewitt, Avery and Wyatt Pettibone (Blair Robinson). He is also survived by loving daughter and his many friends.

If desired, donations in Chanse's memory may be made at the funeral home to assist in funeral expenses.
