He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Joanne Thompson (John), Cindy Claus and Sharon Giles (Howard); his grandchildren, Michael (Erin), Jennifer (Steve), Jenn, Matthew (Keri), Courtney (Brad) and Carson (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Bradyn, Jaxyn, Jaykob, Hadley and Emry. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Royal Canadian Legion Shelburne Branch 220.
