She is survived by: her husband Ernest Bernier; her siblings, Janice Shiraishi and Ian Tessier (Sandy); her stepdaughter Amanda Bernier; her niece Stephanie Tessier; her nephew Jason Tessier (Krystyna); and her brother-in-law Wilf Campbell (Colleen). She is also survived by cousins and close friends.
