He is survived by: his daughter Annie Campbell (Keith Pettipiere); his stepsons, Dr. Steve Goldstein of California, U. S. A. and David Goldstein of New York State; his sister-in-law Annabell Campbell; and his nephews, Peter Campbell, Gordon Campbell and Jason Clow.
