He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Phyllis, Gerry Dafoe, Anita, Al Dumont and Rachelle Houle.

He is survived by: his children, Matthew and Vanessa; his parents, Yolande and Don; his brother David; his close friend Julie; and his nieces and nephews, Dreyden and Sienna. He is also survived by his many other relatives and friends.
