She was predeceased by: her spouse Beverley Shipley. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Cooke of Beamsville and David of Shallow Lake; her grandchildren, Brian Cooke (Christine) of Beamsville, Brendan Cooke (Kelsey) of British Columbia, Sarah Miller (George) of Calgary and Jeff Shipley (Jessie) of Owen Sound; and her great grandchildren, Paityn and Autumn Cooke of Beamsville.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of remembrance to Chapman House would be appreciated.
