He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Hilda; and his brothers, John (Linda) and Herm (Brenda). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sons, Paul (Nancy) and Jim; his grandchildren, Haydn and Caitlin; his sister-in-law Marlend Vriend; his siblings, Irene Baarda (Jim), Diane Van Beek (Bert), Henny Uyl (Lawrence), Hank (Janice) and Hilly Gaskin (Paul); and his nieces and nephews, Pam Vossenberg (Anthony), Mike Vriend (Sherry), Julianna, Emmali, Adam and Sam. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews and friends.
