He was predeceased by: his daughter Loretta Kristine Patrick; his parents, Elmer Patrick and Berneice Patrick (Wallace); and his brother Elmer. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Patrick (Masko); his children, Edward Jason and Andrea Patrick of Burlington; and his grandchildren, Erica Patrick, Gwen Patrick and Max Patrick.

Donations to Huron Residential Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
