With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clayton Janmaat (Seaforth, Ontario), who passed away on November 29, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jackson Janmaat and Jacob Janmaat; his siblings, Mia and Callahan; and his grandparents, Ted, Mary Anne Janmaat, Richard and Pam Bieman. He was also cherished by his great-grandparents, and his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
To raise awareness of the heart break that two second trimester loss' can bring, donations to the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network (PAIL) or the LHSC-Victoria Hospital Maternity Unit would be greatly appreciated by the family.
