She is survived by: her children, Mary Hicks (Charles Brant) of London, Dan Lammerant (Christina) of Lucknow, John Lammerant of London, Randy Lammerant (Ana Xavier) of Seaforth, Glenda De Boer (Gary) of Londesborough and Wendy Willms (Gerben Gerritsen) of Harrington; her grandchildren, Christopher (Kassie), Chelsea (Warren), Jeffrey (Zuza), Logan, Wade, Jasmine, Derek, Jordan and Alexis; her great grandchildren, Cohen, Ali, Brooklyn, Cadence, Mason and Lincoln; her siblings, Irma De Wispelaere of Belgium, Lieve Verstegen (Omer) of Belgium, Godfried De Wispelaere (Anny) of Belgium and Daniel De Wispelaere (Rita) of Belgium; and her sister-in-law Clara De Wispelaere of Listowel.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the London Regional Cancer Program, Stratford Right to Life or Jessica's House (cheques for Jessica's House payable to: South Huron Hospital Foundation) would be appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
