He was predeceased by: his parents, William McNaughton and Joan McNaughton (Kerr) of Scotland; and his wife Wilma McNaughton (Purdy). He is survived by: his child Karey (Rick); his grandchildren, Courtney (David Heinstein), Jourdan Van Culin (Alex Mithoefer) and Leah Van Culin; his great grandchildren, Avi, Charlie Heinstein, Ama and Taya Mithoefer; and his siblings, Margaret Taylor (Marg) and John McNaughton (Carol).
