He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Salvatore Mattina; and his parents, John Boot and Jacoba Boot. He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his sons, Christopher, Michael (Shayla) and Jacob (Heather); his sisters, Helen Oosterhof (Peter), Diana Oosterhof (Eiko) and Grace Baarda (Chester); and his sisters-in-law, Connie Ellingham (Dan) and Joanne (David). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
