He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Don Whittaker; his parents, Bill Koutstaal and Wilma Koutstaal; and his brothers, Brian and John.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Melissa Albers (Kevin), Joel Koutstaal (Cassidy) and Ashley Koutstaal; his grandchildren, Colton and Audrey; his siblings, Gilbert (Joyce), Annette and Wilma (Jon); his parent-in-law Marion; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra (Derek), Joann (Gary) and Jennifer (Ken). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
