We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2021, at the age of 98, Edith Inez Hill in Scotland, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Inez Eastman; her sibling Eddie; her uncle Nathaniel Payne (late Bootie Payne); and her children, Shirley Bynoe and Connell Hill.
She is survived by: her siblings, Alma, Lucille, Eloise and Maizee; her spouse Thomas Jones Hill; her daughters, Yvonne Hill, Gloria Roberts (Roycroft), Lynette Kwaku (Ken), Eleanor Morrison (Glen Benway), Greta Warren (Deryck) and Roxanne Hinds (Ecliffe); her grandchildren, Marc Roberts (Angela), Jaurin Joseph, Davelle Morrison, Shaun Warren (DonnaMcQuade), Kieron Warren, Chenelle Hinds-Gore (Dean), Duane Hinds (Annemarie Lankhuijzen), Sabrina Callaghan (Ian), Ryan Hinds (Faye), Heather Benway and Greg Benway (Gao Yi); her great grandchildren, Cassian Roberts, Christopher Joseph, Tatiana Joseph, Kyle Warren, Nikole Warren, Carlina Warren, Cooper Warren, Rylan Warren, DeAndre Hinds, Davin Hinds, Dawson Hinds and Malcolm Cromwell; and her nephews, Simon and Stephen.
A memorial service and celebration of life will be held when it is COVID safe to do so.
