She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ferguson of Scotland; her sister Esther of Scotland; her cousins, Betty and Christine; and her mother Esther Geddes Weir.

She is survived by: her children, Christine, Dawn and Shelagh; her grandchildren, Victoria, Gordon and Scott; her great grandchildren, Nyla and Eleanor; and her pet Celia.
