He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Ian and James (Nancy); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah and Anne; his sisters-in-law, Ruth Toller and Margot Toller; and his nieces and nephews, Jane, Peter, Susan, Carol and Sheila.
