Catherine Forman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Forman of Scotland, Ontario, who passed away on February 23, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine Forman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her daughters, Margaret (David) and Alice Ann; her grandchildren, William (Joanna), Lauren (Eric), David, Amanda (Jonathan) and Brittany (Eric); her great grandchildren, Oliver, Aubrey, Addison, Thomas, Raegan and Cedric; her siblings, Joseph, John, Andrew, Isa, Margaret, Anna and Samuel; and her nephews, John, Tommy, Craig and Fergus.
She is survived by: her daughter Eunice (Stephen); her sister Marion; her niece Isabel; her nephews, Phillip, Ian, Robert, Scott and David; and also William.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highland Park (2037 McGee Side Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bridlewood Bible Chapel (465 Eagleson Rd, Kanata, ON K2M1L8).
Catherine's life may be honoured by a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
