She was predeceased by: her former husband Albert Desjardins Sr.; and her parents, Rita and Philippe Pépin. She is survived by: her spouse Wayne Villeneuve of Schumacher; her children, Suzanne Schraeder (Kevin) of Kirkland Lake, Marcel Desjardins (Debbie) of Kirkland Lake, Joanne Desjardins (Darryl MacWilliams) of Schumacher, Lise Rozich (Peter) of Virginiatown and Albert Desjardins Jr. (Casey) of Schumacher; and her stepchildren, Laurie Mangeau (Dan) of Timmins and Gilles Villeneuve (Barb) of South Porcupine. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Donations made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association will be greatly appreciated.
