It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Monaghan of Schumacher, Ontario, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Monaghan to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Mel (Buck); her son John; her parents, Joe Bernier and Annie Bernier; and her siblings, Tom (Lucy), Geraldine Fasano (Frank), Raymond, Florence Belisle (Guy) and Basil (Jeannine).

She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Monaghan of Duncan, B. C. and Lyn Myraas (Birger) of Vernon, B. C; her grandchildren, Erin Lavoie (Dany) of Cochrane, ON, Cory Myraas of Kelowna, B. C. and Treasured Gigi; her great grandchild Deegan Lavoie; her sister-in-law Lucy Bernier; and her extended family, Connie, Bob Nelson, Jane, Mike Lavoie, Marlene, Doug McDermott, Vera Romanowski (late Henry), Elise, Tony Carello, John, Elaine Heslop and Louise Bertrand. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
