He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Elizabeth; and his siblings, James, Kenneth, Josephine and Bernard.

He is survived by: his sister Sylvia; his children, Lizabeth (David), Angela (Marshall) and Thomas (Wilma); his grandchildren, Bryan, Gregory, Michelle, Alexandra, Matthew, Mark, Jordan and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Jeremy, Emma, Zoe, Hazel and Hudson; and his wife Wilma Watson.
