He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Dr. Nicole Tenn-Lyn; his brothers, Edward, James and Jack (Brenda); his nieces and nephews, Michael Tenn-Lyn (Cheryl), Gregory Hoo, Darrel Hoo (Monica), Kevin Lee, Deborah Saito (Michael) and Dianne Busman (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Granger (Kirk), Charley Lee (Rita) and Maurice Hoo (Sher).
His family asks that in lieu of flowers or charitable donations, that you remember Francis by doing the same as he did in life – act to eradicate inequity and help those in need without judgment or materialism.
